1. Scope of Use
   1. The files provided (hereinafter referred to as the "Content") are to be used exclusively for the promotion of the Couture India Show.
   2. Any usage of the Content outside the context of promoting the Couture India Show is strictly prohibited unless prior written consent is obtained from Couture India.
2. Social Media Posting
   1. All posts and reposts featuring the Content on social media platforms must include the following photoshoot courtesy: @coutureindia.show.
   2. This credit must be clearly visible in the caption or on the image where applicable.
3. Print Usage
   1. When the Content is used in print materials, the name COUTURE India must be prominently displayed.
   2. The font size and placement of COUTURE India should ensure it is easily readable and associated with the Content.
4. Penalties for Misuse
   1. Any misuse or incorrect use of the Content that violates these terms may result in penalties and charges.
   2. Couture India reserves the right to determine the nature of misuse and the applicable penalties.
